Russian market Fam Trip and Workshop
The Associació Passeig de Gràcia has collaborated in its second consecutive year in the organization and promotion of Fam Trip and Workshop for the Russian market that RM Consultants carries out in Barcelona every year.
Thanks to Association, free stays have been managed in five partner hotels so that the participating travel agents could enjoy their experience in Passeig de Gràcia. The hotels that have offered the rooms and participated in the workshop free of charge are: Hotel Gallery, Hotel Claris, Hotel Majestic, Hotel Alma and Passeig de Gràcia Iberostar.
During the weekend, two experiences were organized in the Passeig de Gràcia. On Saturday, a Shopping & Gastronomy Experience in which we have the collaboration of Ferragamo, Saint Laurent, Unode50, Santa Eulalia and Rabat, and with a dinner offered by El Café de La Pedrera. On Sunday, we organized a Culture & Gastronomy Experience in which Casa Batlló and Fundació Tàpies participated; the experience ended with a visit and lunch offered by the hotel The One Barcelona.
The Hotel Gallery has been the venue for the workshop on November 26, in which a total of 24 travel agents from Russia and Ukraine participated.
The Association has participated in the workshop representing El Café de La Pedrera, Santa Eulalia and the Hotel The One Barcelona. In all the meetings with the travel agents there was a presentation of the Passeig de Gràcia and all its offer, highlighting the proposals of the three companies represented. As always, each of the travel agents was given the map, the Exclusive Experiences brochure and a usb with all the information of the Association. During the workshop, which lasted four hours, we had the opportunity to speak, without a time limit, with 20 agencies from different cities in Russia, mainly from Moscow and St. Petersburg, and 4 from Ukraine. The workshop involved some 20 companies from the tourism sector representing different hotels, destinations and transport companies.
The vast majority of the agents had already been to Barcelona, but all those who participated in the experiences over the weekend, commented that they had seen a version of Passeig de Gràcia that they did not know thanks to the accompaniment of the Association.
