Marketing Plan presentation of l'Associació del Passeig de Gràcia for 2019

Last Tuesday, February 26, the Hotel Condes de Barcelona was the venue to present the Marketing Plan of l’Associació del Passeig de Gràcia for 2019. During the morning, the president of l’Associació, Luis Sans, and Verónica Rodríguez, Tourism Marketing Manager, exposed to all attendees the different action points that have been developed during last year, as well as the forecast of actions for 2019.

Within the 2018 summary, Passeig de Gourmets has special emphasis, and after a successful first edition, will once again fill the hotels and restaurants of Passeig de Gràcia with the best gastronomy between March 14 and 24.

There was also time to discuss the ninth edition of The Shopping Night Barcelona. We saw the number of visitors increase with respect to 2017, as well as collaborations that have been made with other events that take place in the city such as the Condé de Godó Tournament or the CSIO, the international jumping competition held at the Real Club de Polo.

Within the rest of the actions carried out during 2018, we learned about the different trips to fairs such as the ILTM in Cannes, where we learned about the tourism, gastronomy, accommodation and cultural offer of Passeig de Gràcia to different travel agents specialized in luxury tourism.

After seeing the summary of last year, we learned about some of the novelties that 2019 will bring us, such as the already mentioned second edition of Passeig de Gourmets, the tenth Shopping Night Barcelona or the new lighting that is planned to install next Christmas.

The morning concluded with a breakfast that was offered to all attendees, where there was time to exchange impressions and comment on everything that was exposed during the morning.
