The Cruïlla fills Barcelona with music
The season of summer music festivals in Barcelona is in full swing, and more and more tourists are arriving from other countries to the city to enjoy their concerts with artists of international prestige. Shopping and cultural visits through the Passeig de Gràcia can be the prologue to a long musical evening.
One of these festivals is the Cruïlla, which takes place between July 3 and 6 at the Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona, and which brings together a number of talents from local and international pop and rock music. This year the Cruïlla reaches its tenth edition.
The festival opens fire on the 3rd with the mythical Black Eyed Peas as headliners. Norwegian singer Aurora will also perform on this day.
On the 4th, rap music takes center stage as the tandem Natos and Waor and the Ajax and Prok brothers get on the stage of Cruïlla. Also the trap Catalan singer acts.
On the 5th, some of Cruïlla’s main courses are concentrated, such as the singer Zaz, one of the great stars of contemporary French music, or Garbage, the alternative rock band of Shirley Manson. They also act Vetusta Morla, one of the most important Spanish groups in recent years, and the Catalans Els Pets. The day is completed by Foals, Bastille, Berri Txarrak, Tiken Jah Fakoly, Iseo & Dodosong, Dermot Kennedy, Xoel Lopez, Gang of Youths and DJ Amable.
Finally, on the 6th there is one of the great international pop stars, the Australian Kylie Minogue.
