With the arrival of summer, the plans to enjoy the city multiply. Once again arrive “Vespres Inedit’s“, the original proposal of Estrella Damm that invites you to discover the best terraces of hotels in Barcelona, offering a menu for two consisting of three author tapas and two 33 cl beers Inedit at a price of € 20.
This year “Vespres Inedit’s”, that reached its fifth edition, has more than 25 hotels of four and five stars from the whole city, some of them of Paseo de Gracia. For example, Casa Fuster Hotel with a menu based on cod yogurt with jam of red tomatoes, an original chupa-chup with goat cheese, nuts and cherries coverage and a can of marinade mackerel with raspberry and onion germ.
Other participants are Alexandra Barcelona a Double Tree by Hilton Hotel with its famous Gildas, sweet and spicy peppers stuffed with feta cheese and prawns breaded with panko accompanied by homemade romesco, and The Top of Gallery Hotel, with potatoes with spicy canarian sauce, crispy chicken wings with barbecue sauce and fried marinade fish. Finally, the Alaire Terrace of Condes de Barcelona Hotel, offers spicy potatoes with chipotle sauce, small squid at Andalusian style with wasabi mayonnaise and Galician style octopus.
All menus will be offered during all July from 6pm to 9pm. No doubt this is the best option to taste the cuisine of some of the most recognized chefs in Barcelona.
