Tenorio launches the Modernist Menu
Restaurant Tenorio, located in the magnificent Manzana de la Discordia –the modernist black of Barcelona-, is an authentic sideboard where admire the most traditional and famous modernist architecture of Barcelona. Two steps away from Casa Batlló and other modernist jewels such as Casa Ametller or Casa Lleó Morera has inspired its cuisine so that this 2017 launches the Modernist Menu, based on Catalan cuisine, and made with seasonal products and recipes that highlight high quality raw materials.
This gastronomic menu will allow the diner to choose between specialties such as the “esqueixada” of cod with tomato soup and black olive, or the mythical cannelloni au gratin; or between the veal hoof to the Catalan with raisins and pinenuts, or the “suquet” of rock fish and prawns. You could not miss the most typical desserts, like the Catalan cream with “carquinyolis” or bread with chocolate oil and salt. All this, coupled with wines from the DO Terra Alta.
The Modernist Menu is part of a campaign promoted by Catalunya Regió Europea de la Gastronomia, a seal of quality that confirms the quality of Tenorio‘s gastronomical proposal, made with product of proximity, seasonal and based on the cuisine of the territory.
