The SEAT car brand wanted to pay tribute to the city where it was founded 70 years ago, with the opening of CASA SEAT in the heart of Barcelona last June. We take this opportunity to give you a warm welcome to the city and to the Passeig de Gràcia Association.
CASA SEAT aspires to become a benchmark in the market, bringing together new trends and talent in Barcelona, a place-to-be where the citizens of Barcelona have access in one place to: a restaurant area managed by Ametller Origen Mercat d’Autors, a workspace open to meetings and innovative projects, and an auditorium designed to host all kinds of activities related to urban culture, sustainability, design, technology and business, among other topics.

The excellent remodeling of the building, carried out by the prestigious architect Carlos Ferrater and his Office of Architecture in Barcelona (OAB) studio, has conceived the building as an agora and showcase of the city, with a rounded and continuous façade, which gives it an open, unique and friendly character. This is possible thanks to the curvilinear glass screen-printed in bronze, unique in the world, which also reinforces the transparency of the building, whose character and cultural activity will be clearly visible to all passers-by. CASA SEAT’s curved glass is the largest in Spain and is destined to become a visual icon of Barcelona.
The interior, executed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán, is dynamic and changing, with a design very integrated into the environment, so that it becomes a welcoming space for visitors to feel at home.
With this new urban mobility hub, SEAT shows its link with Barcelona and its differential values as an open, modern, creative and inspiring city.
