Presentation of the second edition of Passeig de Gourmets
Last Tuesday July 17, the Hotel Alexandra Barcelona, Curio Collection by Hilton Hotel was the scene of the presentation of the second edition of Paseo de Gourmets, which will be held at the beginning of 2019, and where you can meet the first details of this new edition.
An event that will fill the hotels and restaurants of Paseo de Gracia with the best gastronomy for ten days. The most glamorous avenue in Barcelona, will once again honor the fame of being one of the streets in the world with the most Michelin stars.
After the first edition that was a great success of attendance, with figures such as the 8,000 dishes that were distributed among the attendees, or the 1,500 tasting menus that were served. The 2019 edition will once again bet on a gastronomic route in which each restaurant and participating hotel will have the opportunity to showcase the best of their cuisine, and present some of their best dishes.
It will be again in March, specifically from the 14th to the 24th, when the dishes, the menus, the showcookings and many other events that are being prepared bring the best of the gastronomy of our city to all the attendees.
For this occasion, in addition, an app and a renewal of the web page of the event is being prepared, with the aim of making it much easier to know the route of participating restaurants, and discover the different activities that are held each day. A map will also be published, so that everyone who wants it to can take it over and mark the different restaurants that have already visited.
Next February, will be a press conference prior to the event, which will be attended by participating restaurants and chefs, where will be presented this second edition of the event with the objective of promote Paseo de Gracia and Barcelona as an excellent gastronomic destination.
