PASSEIG DE GOURMETS
A few days ago we attended the restaurant El Principal de l’Eixample to the presentation of one of the gastronomic events of the year: the Passeig de Gourmets to be held next March.
From 8 to 18 of that month, the Passeig will become a great kitchen, where the best chefs of the world and the restaurants of the Passeig, the street with the most Michelin stars in Europe, will make us enjoy their culinary creations.
The Passeig de Gourmets will focus on 4 proposals to enjoy gastronomy and designed for all budgets. These four proposals are:
- “Platillos” Tour: you can taste different dishes prepared by the different restaurants of the Passeig at a popular price and with a drink included. This proposal will allow you to savor a varied cuisine and very different styles.
- Tasting menu: enjoy the flagship restaurants of the Passeig with special menus for the occasion and with a special price.
- 4 hands menu: A unique and unrepeatable experience. Succumb to the gastronomic delights prepared by the chefs of the restaurants of the Passeig with a very special “help”: they will collaborate with prestigious world-renowned chefs who will create a unique culinary universe for the occasion.
- Showcooking: Different gastronomic workshops will be held for all audiences with international renowned chef to learn and enjoy the techniques of haute cuisine. This activity will be free.
From the Passeig de Gracia Association we are very excited about this project that will turn the Passeig into the gastronomic reference of Barcelona.
