Paseo de Gracia premieres intelligent urban furniture: ‘“smartquees”'
In addition, there are other apps that offer information of other points of interest, such as “A Prop d’Aquí”, or “Barcelona Guía Oficial”, that presents the City touristic offer, or “Paisatge Urbà” that shows monuments and singular places of Barcelona.
This project has been created and developed by ADmira, Ficosa, Intel, JCDecaux and Telefónica, a group of leader companies in their respective fields, with the common aim to meet the needs of the citizens of Barcelona.
The deployment of these “Smartquees” in Paseo de Gracia, one of the most emblematic and visited streets of the city, shows the clear commitment of the City Council of Barcelona to increase the “city intelligence” (smartcity) and the services available for its citizens.
