The Gràcia district of Barcelona was the place where, in the 1920’s, the Lupo Barcelona firm was born, by the hand of an entrepreneur who set up his first workshop to make leather suitcases and luggage for travelers arriving in the city to attend international exhibitions. Thanks to the quality of the work, the materials and the unique designs, he has become a benchmark in luxury leather goods. Over the years, the craft has become a family passion, and the third generation has shaped Lupo as a handbag and small leather goods company.

An important milestone was when in 2004 Lupo participated in Mipel, one of the most important international fairs in leather goods and fashion accessories, in which the Abanico bag model won the best design award; In this way, Lupo became the first Spanish brand to gain this international recognition.

Ten years later, in 2014, Lupo developed a collection inspired by La Pedrera, the well-known modernist building of the architect Antoni Gaudí, who is one of the icons of Barcelona, with details that mimicked its façade. In the same vein, in 2017 Warriors launched another collection, which was inspired by the building’s rooftop chimneys, which look like warriors.

At present, Lupo continues betting on the quality and the craftsmanship, staying true to its origins and history and increasing the quality of its products; the balance between artisanal value and technology, between tradition and modernity, are some of its hallmarks. In the center of Barcelona is the atelier where, with top-quality materials and a timeless design, the prototypes of their articles are created and you can enjoy the feel and smell of skin and leather.
