Catalunya DO wines have arrived at Passeig de Gràcia hotels

The wines from the Catalunya Denominació d’Origen (DO) will arrive at the hotels in Passeig de Gràcia thanks to Hotels amb DO, which will be held from 16 to 22 September in its eighth edition.

Organized by the Gremi d’Hotels de Barcelona and INCAVI, this initiative aims to make people know about the basic principles and some useful tips of the world of wine throughout 44 activities organized by the 22 collaborating hotels.

The activities organized by the hotels of Passeig de Gràcia are the following:

Solomillo Delicatessen at Alexandra Barcelona Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton 

Day: September 16th and 22nd

Time: 19:00 – 20:30 h.

Tasting of DOQ Priorat wines

Hall0 Cocktail Bar at the Monument Hotel

Day: September 16th and 18th

Time: 19:00 – 20:30 h.

Tasting of six Catalunya DO wines

83.3 Terrace Bar at Hotel Royal Passeig de Gràcia

Day: September 16th and 18th

Time: 19:00 – 20:30 h.

Tasting of DO Pla de Bages wines

KAO Bar at the Claris Hotel & Spa GL

Day: September 18th and 19th

Time: 19:00 – 20:30 h.

Tasting of DO Empordà wines

Blanc Restaurant at Hotel Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona

Day: September 18th and 19th

Time: 19:00 – 20:30 h.

Tasting of DO Penedès wines 

To complete this irresistible offer, some of the hotels have prepared a special menu accompanied by Catalan wines. In addition, everyone who participates in any of the tastings will be invited to the 39th Mostra de Vins i Caves de Catalunya, which will be held from September 20th to 24th at the Ronda de Sant Antoni.
