On November 5th the Hotel Mandarin Oriental offers the best of Spanish cuisine and introduces its new chef.
The glamorous and prestigious Mandarin Oriental Hotel continues its fantastic four-handed gastronomic nights. The novelty of this edition features a new chef: Josean Alija. The prestigious Basque chef will work closely with the expert and renowned chef Ángel León, Chef del Mar.

Farms, seas and mountains, all to make an avant-garde cuisine without losing the flavor of the roots. Aliga has a star in his restaurant Nerua at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao and ranked the 68th among the 100 best restaurants in the world by Restaurant magazine.
