Conferences of Commerce: the Chinese market

On July 12, Amics del Passeig de Gràcia Association organized theConferences of Commerce: the Chinese market in collaboration with Global Blue and Casa Asia.

This event, celebrated in Casa Asia facilities and attended by thirty Premium member, aimed to inform them of the current situation of the Chinese market and train on excellence in the treatment of this client.

The event began with a welcome by the director of Economics and Business of Casa Asia, Mr. Amadeu Jansana, who gave the floor to Mr. Luis Llorca, CEO of Global Blue Spain. Llorca explained the situation of the Chinese market, the new fiscal framework at the border and new air links between Spain and China, to contextualize and give an explanation to the remarkable decrease of tourists from this country.

After a short break for breakfast, began the presentation by the teacher of Chinese language and consultant to the Official Language School, Yuan Gao, who focused on the profile of the Chinese tourist and the key aspects to ensure good treatment this client.
