Since last May 2, the prestigious Chef Carme Ruscalleda has become the gastronomic advisor of the Barcelona hotel.

After 3 years with Ángel León, Chef del Mar returns to Cádiz to focus on his restaurant and gives the witness to the chef of Sant Pol de Mar who will take over the restaurant Blanc, in addition to managing the Moments with Raül Balam . The cuisine of Ruscalleda distinguished with 7 Michelin stars will be present in all the Mandarin Oriental except the Terrat where you can taste the letter of Gastón Acurio.

The new Blanc restaurant is housed in the old BistrEau and where Carme Ruscalleda has created a new gastronomic concept based on seasonal products and simple, fresh and natural elaborations.
It will be a cuisine based on the quality of the raw material such as truffle, caviar, game, fish and traditional elaborations such as gratin cannelloni, pickled picantón, gazpacho or rice dishes to which will join some Asian descent dishes.
