A POP UP AT CLARIS HOTEL
Until April 29, La Terraza del Claris hosts a pop up of the CEBO restaurant in Madrid, with midday and evening tasting menus that summarize the star dishes of Aurelio Morales on which the first Michelin Star has shone since last November.
The CEBO restaurant is located in the Hotel Urban in Madrid and some of the creations that you can taste are traditional dishes such as Spring Calçot , Callos or Boquerón; the Costa Brava Rice and Palamós Shrimp; or the Chipirón “black andaluza”.
Once this pop up is finished, Chef Morales will propose, every second Tuesday of the month, a “tasting menu CEBO” to enjoy at La Terraza del Claris to lunch or dinner.
According to Chef Morales, his wish is to bring to Barcelona the dishes that summarize his gastronomic experience and that show respect for the product and passion for reinterpreting traditional recipes.
The Terraza del Claris is the only restaurant in Barcelona with a terrace format that is open throughout the winter. Its cuisine breathes Mediterranean, tradition and technique, and now more than ever it has the accent of its star chef.
