Brands that support Passeig de Gourmets

Estrella Damm and gastronomy are an inseparable pair. Brewed following an original recipe dating to 1876, from a blend of barley malt, rice, and hops, 100% natural ingredients, its link with gastronomy means it is passionately committed to the best national and international proposals. The Passeig de Gourmets wouldn’t be the same without it.

Royal Bliss, the premium range of mixers by Coca-Cola, is a contemporary brand that inspires consumers to enjoy diversity and mixes. Designed and developed by Coca-Cola in Spain, these mixers feature complex and nuanced flavours, in a total of ten varieties grouped in four segments: contemporary tonics, aromatic mixers, citrus mixers and classic mixers, including a “sugar free” version with clear citrus notes and slightly sweet taste.

The D.O. Cava was also part of this edition with pairings that demonstrate the tremendous versatility of cava and its infinite capacity to harmonise with gastronomic trends at participating restaurants. With more than 70% of export sales, Cava ranks top of the list of Spanish D.O. exports. It is produced on more than 38,000 hectares of vineyards tended by more than 6,800 winegrowers. The 370 associated wine producers are present in more than 100 countries. Cava, in universal harmony with gastronomy, is made using the traditional method with a commitment to origin, the land and sustainability.
