New Networking Day at The Sintonia Restaurant

Last Thursday, September 26th, the terrace of the Sintonia Restaurant, located at 249 Rosselló Street, became the perfect scenario to celebrate a new day of networking among the members of the Passeig de Gràcia Association. 

Once the summer had ended and the La Mercè Festival in Barcelona was over, it was the ideal time to meet once again to discuss the latest news from Passeig de Gràcia and to strengthen ties with the other partners. 

All attendees were able to see firsthand the spectacular space in which the Sintonía Restaurant is located. In addition, they had the opportunity to enjoy a sample of the cuisine that chef Pablo Tomás and his team offer every day to visitors to this restaurant, which proposes “a cuisine of renewed tradition, born from selecting only the best ingredients. A healthy cuisine, cooked over a low heat and on a charcoal fire”, as the chef himself explained. 

There are many that give a good example of this commitment to quality gastronomy that Pablo Tomás wants to convey in Sintonía’s menu. Among them, we can mention the irresistible cod gilda with sweet chilli and red onion; the creamy rice with Idiazabal cheese; or the aged beef tartar with pane carasau, which is prepared live at the table. 

And of course, we didn’t forget to take a group photo to immortalize this new evening of meetings and good atmosphere among the premium members of the Passeig de Gràcia Association.
