This event is an initiative of The Shopping Institute, a Spanish entity of international scope that works for the recognition of the shopping tourism as a specific sector and as motor of the socio-economic development of the cities.
The Association of Paseo de Gràcia, participated in one of the debate sessions that were held during the day. The President of Madrid Business Forum, the General Director of Joyerías Sua-rez, and Verónica Rodríguez, representative of the Association participated in the table, which was titled “Quality Tourism: A strategy of boosting local commerce” and was moderated by The Deputy Director of the daily newspaper Cinco Días.
