Urban Guard Honor Medal Award to the Association of Passeig de Gracia
On September 26, Mr. Luis Sans, president of the Association of Passeig de Gracia, received in the name of the Association the Urban Guard’s Medal of Honor from the Mayor of Barcelona, Ada Colau. This medal is given as recognition to the work of agents, institutions and other personalities for the good service offered to the city. Security has to be understood as a collective responsibility, which implies working for the community, improving coexistence citizen and security in the city.

The medals delivery was within the celebration ceremony of the 175 years of the Urabn Guard in the saló de Cent of the city council of Barcelona. In addition, a video of the history of the Urban Guard was visualized from the beginnings until the present time.
