Ordinary General Assembly of Members
The Board of Directors of the Amics del Passeig de Gràcia Assosiation convened the associates to the Ordinary General Assembly of Members on 6 June at the Alexandra Barcelona, a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.
The event, chaired by the president of the Association, Mr. Luis Sans, began with words of gratitude to the Members of the Board for the work and dedication over the years, and announced the departure of Ms. Margarita Ruiz from Fundació Suñol and Mr. Malco Par from Majestic Hotel Group. After that, Mr. Sans introduced the new member of the Board, Mr. Javier Juliá from Alexandra Barcelona, a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, who assumes the position of Treasurer, and the new members of the executive team of the Association.
Once finished the presentations, it was approved the minute of the previous Ordinary General Assembly of Members, read the new members who have joined the Association in the past year and explained the actions carried out during the last year.
The event ended with a cocktail in the Patio Terrace & Pool, courtesy of Alexandra Barcelona, a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, where attendees could make networking while tasting the products of their newly opened restaurant, La Delicatessen.
