The Gallery Hotel wants to claim a new gastronomic formula inspired by the fast food that is in Manhattan New York and has created in the Gallery Space a new culinary space called Gallery Street Food.
This street formula, Gallery Hotel version it towards a gourmet proposal.
Some of the specialties you can enjoy are the classic “hotdogs” like gourmet frankfurts served in a typically newyorker vintage car called “Gourmet on Wheels”.
You can try three types of Frankfurt sausages seasoned with toppings that you like.
If you go with a couple or friends you can choose the Frankfurt & Friends, 2 gourmet sausages watered with 5 fifths Estrella Damm served in an original cube.
Healthy Eating If you are not that meaty and prefer other specialties, you can opt for frappes, lattes and frozen yogurts, such as the Green Power Mattcha or the Spiced Bombay Chai inspired by different gastronomic cultures.
