Description
Lomo Alto borns from the passion for old beef cattle Iberian breeds and elderly cows and oxes, selected from the best fields of the Iberian Peninsula. Its aim is to provide a different way of understand the flesh.
The space has been designed with the idea of creating a restaurant inside a butcher shop and is divided into two spaces: the restaurant of selected meats “LOMO ALTO” and “LOMO BAJO”, where you can taste beef matured snacks and burgers.
