This is the new Mackintosh collection by LOEWE
Inspired by the work and life of the Scottish architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh, LOEWE has recently launched a collection to honor the one who is considered one of the creators of modernism, with a clear influence on the Arts & Crafts movement of the twentieth century, that is still very current today.
This collection is made up of a complete line of accessories, as well as Ready-to-Wear for men and women, incorporating in all the range the characteristic grid patterns, stained glass and botanical watercolors typical of Mackintosh.
We went to the store in 35 of Passeig de Gràcia to discover the new collection, in one of the most emblematic and characteristic buildings of this street, the Casa Lleó i Morera. The work of another of the most renowned architects of modernism, Lluís Domènech i Montaner, was undoubtedly the perfect setting to fall in love with the new Mackintosh collection by LOEWE.
Montse Dalmau, director of the Loewe store in Passeig de Gràcia, welcomed us to show us all the pieces of this collection, and to tell us the details that make it so special.
A seasonal collection and a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the work of the brilliant architect, combined with the modernity and quality that characterize the Spanish firm.
