This year, the Casa Fuster Hotel wanted to celebrate Easter with a very special “mona”. The “mona” is the traditional dessert that in Catalonia, godparents give to their godchildren.
The pastry masters have created a chocolate “mona”, inspired by the work of the English artist Patrick Hughes, that produces a simply spectacular optical effect. This “mona” is exposed until Easter Monday, when the traditional break will occur.
The clients of the hotel will have the privilege of being able to taste it during the breakfasts of the next days.
